28 Mei 2013 - 17 Ogos 2013 - Peringkat Tumbesaran (Growing Stage)
Ini adalah projek pembuahan kali ke-2 bagi satu-satunya pokok anggur Alphonse Lavalle yang saya ada, ditanam di belakang rumah. Enam gugusan buah sebelumnya telah dipetik pada 27 Mei 2013. Saya sengaja memberi tempoh tumbesaran yang panjang, selama hampir 3 bulan kerana rancangan saya adalah untuk membawa buahnya balik ke Sabah semasa cuti Krismas nanti.

Teknik pemangkasan yang digunakan adalah "cane pruning". Teknik ini dipilih kerana jumlah ranting di sepanjang cordon tidak cukup banyak untuk dibuat "spur pruning" (pemangkasan taji).

ReplyDeleteI also recently started growing grapes from some vine cuttings I bought at a nursery. I had success with one vine, growing two tiny bunches of grapes. Later the leaves died when the grapes ripened. I didn't know how to prune properly and cut the whole vine until botak (no leaves). It's been two weeks. Despite watering and fertilizing, there are no leaves. Is my vine mati already?
That's strange when you said, "Later the leaves died when the grapes ripened". What really happened? Fungus attack? If you don't mind, show me some pics

ReplyDeletea friend given me a vine cutting and recently it started to grow..quite rapidly...what should i do next? does it need a lot of sunlight or should i change the 'route' of the vine to a much shader place?
Lin Arief, grapevines need a lot of sunlight to grow healthy. Do not put it under the shade.
