Have you heard about the "Visit of the Dragon" to our earth on the 11-12th Jan 2012? Check this video, http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=lBRy_VJaMoo. The voice was recorded in Kota Samarahan, Sarawak, North Borneo. The same strange sound was also reported in many parts of the globe about the same time - Canada, Sweden, Hungary, Denmark, Czech Republic, etcs. Perhaps, the extra terrestrial dragon was keen to join the celebration of the Chinese New Year 2012, and coincidently, it was the Year of the Dragon! GONG XI FA CHAI!!
Now, my IAC update...
These photos were taken on the 21 Jan 2012. Just to remind you people, the IAC was attacked by fungus (Anthracnose?) and I had to remove the affected leaves and shoots followed by two consecutive days fungicide spraying. New shoots have emerged since. And this make me happy..

Remember the 43 fruit/flower clusters of the IAC?
The remaining of those are shown here...
Sad..
There were 8 fruit clusters left and all showing nothing's encouraging but ugly berries. And this make me very unhappy.
And since this is The Year of the Dragon, I have to be brave like one. The heart of the dragon is what I need to be brave enough to re-prune my IAC. I am not so sure whether this is the right thing to do but I just had this feeling that starting from scratch is the best option. So...
Before (3 cordons)
After (2 cordons)
Ugly berries
Pruned IAC leaves
Fuuuuhhh...heart of the dragon!
