  4. Hi Anonymous (I would rather see a name than 'anonymous' :)

If you haven't planted any vine, my advice is take a step at a time :) I have no problem giving you tips on pruning but that would be rather too ambitious (from your side) because from planting to pruning, the minimum time required is 7-8 months, and you won't be able to imagine the procedures until you have your own vine, ready to be pruned. So, get a young vine to plant as a start. If you are in Msia, you can order from me.. :) I have Black Queen and IAC at the moment (White Malaga, Australian Madu and Pink Taiwan will also be ready for shipment in 2 months time). Only then I can continue with "What type and how to apply fertilizers", and so on. Go green & cheers!

  6. Hmmm...'Anonymous' again... :( There are so many possibilities which can lead to non-flowering after pruning eg. pruning method, fertilizer type/application - timing, cultivar/variety of grapevine, etcs. It's hard for me to comment without seeing at least few photos. If you don't mind, pls email me (jontih.enggihon@gmail.com) the pictures of i)the canopy, ii) top of the leaf iii)underside of the leaf and iv) new shoot. FYI, different variety different character :)
